So today it will be all about feeling the presence of a spirit, today I am only explaining a few ones but there are more, which I will be telling about in other posts.
It is interesting to know the difference between spirits and ghosts(a.k.a.earthbound spirits)
Earthbound spirits are typically identified as Spirits that have not crossed over, whereas Spirits are often used to classify those who have crossed over into the ‘light’.
There are some key differences between encountering an Earthbound spirit and a Spirit.
Usually Spirits make you feel calm, comforted and reassured. They often appear in dreams or you may see them as an apparition, either way, the feeling surrounding a Spirit is often calm. Earthbound spirits on the other hand often leave you with an eerie feeling, and can at times make you uncomfortable. They can appear as an apparition, shadow, orbs or ectoplasm mist. They may also be attached to an object or living person.
Earthbound spirits are disembodied people who have remained attached to the physical realm, they have not moved on beyond it, after they have leaved their physical bodies. Simply stated; earthbound spirits are "ghosts" . A ghost is a lost soul, no matter how pleasant the ghost may be. When the body dies, the spirit of the person should move on and away from the earth plane by entering the white light, where loved ones and a feeling of peace, love and joy are experienced. This is also a healthy, cleansing process for the spirit and the ones greeting the recently departed bring comfort, helping the newly dis-incarnate to adjust to the spirit world, name it some kind of "reset"
After the initial dying experience, next thing the spirit get is a life-review besides that the spirit works through life issues, which they can be seen as a cleansing process. Spirits who choose to remain earthbound don't like this process of cleansing and closure and therefore they stay with us on earth in an unclean state, experiencing just a little peace, love or joy. The existing of those disembodied spirits here on earth can be unhealthy for the physical realm.
At the beginning of July 2016 I had the following experiences;
One time I woke up in the morning having three bruises on my upper leg, it looked like someone had put three fingers on my leg really hard, a few days later they were gone, but soon after I woke up finding that those bruises were back again, same leg, same spot. After the second time I never saw them back again.
Bruises, scratches or other physical injuries;
Physical injuries appearing overnight for no obvious reason. If it's this serious, changes are you're experiencing other phenomena, such as hearing voices, seeing shadows and feeling significant dynamic temperature flucations. You may awaken to find scratches or small bruises like finger marks on your body. Like being touched, you need to make sure that there's no logical reason.
The night of July 6th I woke up in the middle of the night because I felt so cold. First I thought that the blankets were gone, but I was just laying underneath them. I swear it was freezing in my room, I could see my breathing in the air. I tried to stay calm, because I knew there was something in my room, then I said; please go away, it is so cold and I want to sleep and "it" suddenly left. I wasn't afraid of it, because as soon as I told it to leave, it left. The next morning my oldest son told me that he woke up at 3.00 a.m. because he was constantly hearing footsteps on the stairs and suddenly his laptop was starting up out of nowhere. He told me this before he knew about my experience that same night, so obviously something was around that night.
Cold spots of feeling cold:
Spirits need energy to manifest and they extract thermal or heat energy from the atmosphere in order to do so. Cold spots, feelings of freezing or abnormally cold temperatures may indicate a spirit is near.
Unexplained noises:
Hearing sounds such as footsteps, knocking, banging, scratching or the sound of something being dropped. Usually these sounds can start of subtle and get louders.
Electronics switching on/off :
Having items such as TV's or radios switching on and off, changing channels, moving to static or increasing in volume without any explanation. Also hearing a favorite song from a loved one who has crossed.
